2 sessions: Morning and Afternoon
Space limited to 16 participants in each session
Morning session—9 am - noon
Push, Pull, Run, Jump (for all levels)
A workshop teaching the 4 basic components of Athletic movements while using the core. A class will be taught in an interval style. Each movement has options that challenges all levels.
Afternoon session—1 - 4 pm
Pilates and Athletics (for Pilates instructors)
Connecting movements in pilates with movement in athletics. Various equipment used. |
